Fyi, any post a user submits will & should appear for them while logged in (upon refresh), however if one logs out (or another user views that page), the post may not appear for ~10 minutes or so until the system fully caches. This is to preserve performance for all users (and has, over the last few months, been accelerated from "hours of delay" in the past). Thus, one may receive an email notification prior to the post being visible. Thanks for advising if this resolves your inquiry, or if we should look into it further.
