Hi all,
I recently got my CCNA (yay!) and I've been looking into what my next steps are. I am currently working as a first line Service Desk analyst and eyeing a 2nd line Networks job.
My first thought was to get familiar with Juniper ( just familiar because of the low market share ) but I began to think getting familiar with network troubleshooting would be a better step forward.
So I though to put this to you since you are the most qualified to answer it. What would you recommend be the next step and what studying materials can you recommend ?
Is networking troubleshooting a good idea and if so how can I narrow it down to what a second line networks engineer would need ?
Kind Regards,
