Hey all
I've enabled e-mail notification for all discussions where I either posted or added a subscription. I really like those e-mails, including the "reply" function directly from the mail. Very nice!
What I dislike though, is the huge "Cisco Support Community System Email" banner on top of every e-mail, which is loaded over the internet.
This banner takes most of the space for the e-mail preview and puts the actual content of the message far below, so that I have to scroll down in Outlook to see the message.
My suggestion, make this banner ~80% smaller.
What do you all think of this?
Oh and please add a "Delete" function for self created discussion that don't contain any answers.
