MY CCNP/CCDP certifications has expired a few years ago. If I take one of the 2 CCNP certifications (350-401 ENCOR) will it reactivate my certification status?

the certs expired gone, they no longer will be activated, you need to start over again.
CCNP and CCDP.
Your cert get newed only if they are active and you take exam before they expire.
