What is the process for reporting a community member for inappropriate behavior or other reasons?

I have identified a new user that appears to be an AI bot. I would like to report this for investigation. 

This user account was created today and immediately posted three low-value post replies. Then has been logged in continuously for several hours since.

Report the post(s) and one of the admin will take action, you can do this on the post and on the little drop down arrow, its the last option.

Use the small circle on the top right hand side, expand it and click in "Report inappropriate  Content"
