Sending private messages

When you click on a persons name to see their profile, there is no immediate, obvious way, to send them a message. Instead, you have to copy their name and go to your messages to then get a "Send new message" option where you can then paste in their name. It would be much easier if there was a "Send <Blah> a message" button.

Also consider that when looking at your messages, you can't see who you sent a message to...
