9300 Sudden Reboot issue

Hi to all, I just installed my newly purchased catalyst 9300-48s. However when running it, the device experienced reboot. There is no interval time when the device will reboot. It will just reload unexpectedly.

Last reload reason: Power-on

When I issue show environment: everything is OK

I tried to check power rack supply and power cable and everything is OK. I also tried to put the power module on the vacant slot but still the problem occur. 

Im not sure if this is a hardware/power module issue or an ios bug. 

Im currently running 16.12.3a CAT9KI_OSXE
