A link in Ask the Experts page doesn't work

Hi,

While browsing the Ask the Experts section, I noticed that the link to Gilles Dufour's profile under Meet the Top Cisco SMEs sidebar box doesn't work. From the page source I see that the URL is correct, but the associated attribute is designated as 'ref' instead of 'href'.

Edit: Also, in Recent Ask the Expert Events box of Overview tab, I see 2 times a "</<br>" (in descriptions of Wireless Security and Troubleshooting IPS events).

I see that the link is ok now and 1 of the "" is gone. The "" in the description of Wireless Security with Sangita Patel is still there.
