Hi all
We are Cisco Partners located in Pakistan mistakenly on one of our service contract of Cisco voice devices, we put information of another customer locally locate in Pakistan but the actual customer is in Saudi Arabia now we need to change that particular contract details so the customer can claim future problems and if needed Cisco can ship the equipment directly to the customer located in Saudi Arabia.
Kindly let me know the way out of this we try to associate customer id to that contract but Cisco representative reply as below.

I am unable to associate you with the contract number that you have requested. Someone from the company listed as the "Entitled Party" on the contract must make a request to have you associated to this contract.
Please have that person send this request via email to

."
The entitled party will need to provide the following in the email request:
1. Entitled Party's' Full Name and
Cisco.com
ID
2. Entitled Party's' Company Name, Address
3. The
Cisco.com
ID of the Third Party Consultant
4. Contract(s) to be associated to profile
