Parallel call ring on Cisco Hard phone & CIPC

We are running CME version 10.5 where we configured Cisco Hardphone 9951 SIP configuration & the same Extn configured with CIPC SCCP

When any call comes to that Extn it only rings on Hardphone & not on Soft Phone ...Is there any configuration on CME that it will rings both Hardphone & softphone.

You need to enabled shared-line command under voice register dn

In cisco CME System Administrator Guide i found below statement,

"To create a directory number to be shared by multiple SIP phones, use the shared-line command in voice register dn configuration mode"

We configured 9951 IP Phone as SIP & CIPC as SCCP..is this possible to use ..

You need 3 actions :

- Use the same tag for the shared DN ephone-dn and voice register dn (eg. ephone-dn 10 and voice register dn 10)

- Add "shared-line max-calls x" command under the voice register dn

- Add "shared-line sip" command under the ephone-dn
