I see chat and email coloboration, but we have to have "Call us" key when clients open website from their devices. How can I do that?

Hello Korelevec!
Let me try to understand your problem.
You want to put an button on your website let say www.korelevec123.com so any visitor can click this "call me button" and automatically you will get that call on reception?
If yes, well you need to add something like the Skype Button or the HTLM tag tel and your Cisco platform is only responsible on receiving the call.
Now, if I'm wrong and you want to go to www.othercompany.com and click on the "call me" button and uses your Cisco products to make the call, well in that case I guess Jabber has already the capability to launch the tel tags and some others, but again, I think it is possible, check the data sheet and the product overview for more information about it.
Hope this helps.

Hi, take a look at http://aurus5.com/richcall/
This can be integrated with CUCM and UCCE.
The call from your website will reach your UCCE and moreover it will be routed to the correct skill group depending on the topic selected by visitor prior to call.
You can also optionally add video and web-collaboration to the call.

Hi!
I'm not sure for UCCE, but anyway you can refer to this post.
There's Cisco Unified Contact Center Express Script Repository 9.0(2) that contains sample scripts for webcallback function.

Hi Korolevec,
For initiate a call from your Website you need a "phone" like Jabber that can do a "click to dial" and the call is sent to a Dialed number on your UCCE.
Probably you need a solution with more information for Agent and/or caller like the selected service. For the customer it can be helpfull to see the expected wait time or to initiate a Callback to a later time.
When you search something like this, our solution called "b+s Mobile Connect" could be the thing you search for.
link to the product description: http://www.bucher-suter.com/products/b-ssoftware/mobilecustomercollaboration.php
Hopefully we ore someone else can help you for your solution,
regards Matthias
