Hi
when I generate "Agent Not Ready Reason Code Summary Report" it shows that "32759 = phone out of service" How can I find exact reason for "
32759 = phone out of service" ? from Any logs or etc ?

Hi ,
You will get that information from CUCM syslogs .

Please collect the following logs
1:Call manager trace from Call manager
2: Phone console logs
3: CTI manager traces , to see if the CTI failure caused any issue.
