Strange problem cropt up yesterday afternoon late. I had been working on changes to a new test script and uploading and testing without any issues, then all of a sudden I got an error.
Error while uploading the file. Please try again. |
I tried it again, thinking maybe I did something wrong, then I rebooted my PC. Well, it was late and I was tired so I left it for today to troubleshoot, now I have done everything but reboot the servers and still no luck. I did look at the logs and found in the logs that when it fails the server seems to get a null error has anyone else run into this?

Hi Mark,
Are you able to validate the script without errors after the changes that you made?
Other than that I can try renaming the script to a different one and re-uploading again.
Hope this helps!

I had this problem and was hitting the following bug.

No that wasn't what I was running into. I did some basic house cleaning on the UCCX with old scripts that preivous engineer hadn't bothered to clean up. Once I did that everything started working fine.
