Hello. We are running IPCC Express Premium 4.5(2)SR01_Build031 and getting a lot of Errors in the Application Log. The exact error says this,
The description for Event ID ( 49419 ) in Source ( Cisco Systems, Inc. CRS ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. The following information is part of the event: CRS\Distributor, Microsoft SQL Agent.
We are also getting another one that is exactly the same to that message but at the end it reads, CRS\Distributor, CRS SQL Server - Repository. and also SQL Server - Historical.
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have the VoIP Monitor server co-resident with the CRS Engine server?
If so, you will need to use the second NIC, assign a static dummy IP address to it, so that it is in a different subnet, because it will be used only for sniffing RTP packets corresponding to the conversations of the agents. No signalling or data needs to go through this card. Once this enabled and configured, you first need to ensure via ipconfig that the VoIP NIC is second in the order, and the primary CRS NIC is the primary. Then, via PostInstall.exe tool, make sure that the VoIP monitor points to this secondary NIC.
Finally, in the Registry check the same for the Spanlink->VoIP Monitor Server.
This should get rid of the error.

The reply previously provided should be the right one, make sure of your binding order and network card configured for the monitoring, error is saying the wrong one is used somewhere.
