Abandonned Calls Report

Hi All,

   When we generate a icd_abandoned_call_detail for almost all calls in this report, the fields: CSQ, Agent Name and Skills get in blank.

   But for some calls, it show correctly this fields.

   If we generate another report, the icd_common_skill_contact_service_queue_activity_by_interval report. It show all calls filtered by skill.

  Any one know why this hapen?
