We have a new instance of Quality Management 11.5.1.939. with UCCX 11.6.
I have enabled a couple of Evaluation forms and have tested all looks good but, some supervisors would like to create additional evaluation forms and edit.
Is there a way to achieve this either from thru Quality Management or WFO?
I dont see how I could give them Quality Management access without giving them complete access to everything in QM.
Thanks,
Dan

In the Administrator program in Personnel/User Administration find the Supervisor and under Roles tick the Business box
The Supervisor will then be able to login to the administrator program but will only see the evaluation forms
You can download the Administrator program from the CR Server

Guess I'm not getting my alerts when there are replays...thanks for the reply. I also found the documentation in the end user guide. I wish they would consolidate the end user and admin guide into one.
Thanks,
Dan

Well I answered my own question:
business administrator:
The business administrator is primarily responsible for creating and configuring evaluation forms and
templates for assigned groups and teams within the business administrator partition.
