Accessing ECC variable in Finesse gadget.

I'm trying to retrieve an ECC "user.XYZ" to display it in my gadget, but either the dev guide is wrong or I'm missing something, pulling user.getMediaProperties().callVariableX is no problem, but the ECCs just don't seem to follow the same convention. This is on Finesse 10.5

I'll want to display into Finesse Desktop an URL which is passed by the IVR through an ECC variable.

Do you have any hints on how to do this? Any Cisco Custom Gadgets that can be useful?

Look at the sample gadgets, specifically the screen pop one, should give you exactly what you want.
