Accessing Historical Data from UCCX Script editor

How Can i use the UCCX DB values in Script? For instance, i would like to access the UCCX Informix Db table (AgentStateDetail) values from the script? Is it possible?

My aim is to get the logged in agent values for period of time from the DB and use it for showing a stats to the business. I know we can pull the Historical reports to show the same, but I am actually trying to use this logged in agents to count the license utilized.

The CCX Historical DB tables cannot be accessed from scripts.

If you are particularly looking for License utilization info, then starting 9.0.2 we added the "License Utilization Hourly Report" which gives exactly that. CUIC based reporting since 9.0.2 also provides various efficient mechanism - like dashboard permalinks - to display stats.
