Hello all,

I just got word that we are going to be migrating our AD environment to 2008, has anyone done the same for ICM 7.5 or 8.0?

Based of the staging guide it doesn't support 2008,

Here is what ICM supports for AD according to the staging guides:

-       7.5 Supports AD for Windows 2000 and Windows Server 2003

o    Specifically the guide states AD on:

§  Windows 2000 Native functional level

§  Windows 2003 Server functional level

-       8.0 Supports AD for Windows Server 2003 and Windows Server 2008

o    Specifically the guide states AD on:

§  Windows Server 2003 functional level

Windows 2008 Server AD is only support on new installs of 7.5(10).

We are going into the same situation. Did you get your feedback from Cisco TAC that AD 2008 is supported from ICM7.5(10) only?

Yes Dilip,

AD 2008 R2 is indeed supported from UCCE 7.5(10) onwards.
