Active Directory users access limitations

Hi,

Can any one help us on this?

Active Directory Users can login as agents on Social miner. but;

i)      Can we have limitation on accessing the campaigns. (for example: One set of agents should only be able to view & reply the Facebook Campaigns & access its Tags, filters.
ii)     Agents should be denied access to create feeds. Only the administrator should do it.

Please share any links or documents for the same. This is a requirement!

Thanks,

Jayadurai

Today SocialMiner does not restrict access to campaigns to
specific users. This is a roadmap item. It is not there today. I don’t have a
specific release version where we plan to do this feature. Regarding your other
question, feed creation is not just restricted to administrators. There are
some other feeds that non-admins can create as well like Facebook and twitter
feeds. Feeds like chat and push are only created by administrator. You can
refer to the SocialMiner docwiki for more information on this at http://docwiki.cisco.com/wiki/SocialMiner_Release_8.5%285%29#Adding_and_Editing_Feeds
