AD Field mappings for CAD

Is it possible to manage which attributes UCCX 9.0(2)SU1 CAD Attributes map to in Active Directory?

We have a case where a user’s legal name and preferred name (display name in AD) are very different and they want preferred name to display in CAD.

Customer can’t change the legal name in the system without negative effects in other applications. So we would like to map CAD to “Display Name” in AD rather that “First Name” and “Last Name”.

Is this possible?

Unfortunately, I don't believe this is possible with CAD.

As you probably know, the CAD components don't integrate with AD directly - it's downstream from CUCM and CCX, so it's displaying what it gets from those services.
