AD Users in Cisco ICM (PCCE v11)

Hi folks,

Is there any possibility to import AD users in Cisco ICM? If Yes then please suggest how should I do this. there are approx 400 agents to be imported. Share URL's if any.

I am new to this tool. Can we run UMT on AD to import 400 users. Then run UMT on Dataserver to list 400 AD users. Will these work. Please suggest.

This tool needs to be run on logger machine not on AD. This tool used in migration scenario .

Thanks. I thought of! Any suggestions for AD User intergration of PCCE servers. Can LDAP Integration on CUCM servers will work?
