Adding a trigger to a directory number that already exists

We have a NGN# in Greece and when this is called to goes to an already configured number, however the contact supervisor wants to point this Greek NGN# to a Greek speaking user which has an ordinary extension already configured. So if I were to add this users extension it obviously states that this number is already configured so cannot basically replace the trigger numbers.

Is this at all possible if the number is already configured as an extension and hence being stopped in UCCX. Please feel free to ask for anything else you may need. UCCX/CUCM v11.5

No, a DN on phone cannot be a shared line with DN on CTI RP as you cannot ring a phone at the same time as processing CCX call flow. If you need to give this number to a phone then you need to first remove it from the CTI RP (Trigger) and replace the trigger with another number.
