I had a system with 1 ccm publisher and 1 CRS 3.5 (on separate servers). I added 1 subscriber and I would like to set a backup cti manager in the CRS server configuration. Does Anybody know if this is possible and how??
Absolutely, under jtapi provider in CRS where you see the IP address of CCM, add the IP address of your second CCM where the 2 IPs are comma seperated. Click Update and Start CTI Manager service on the CCM Server.
