Adding "Not Ready State" to a specific team

Hello,

I am trying to add a Not Ready State and then apply that to one particular team by unchecking the "Global?" box within Cisco Finesse Administration. However, I am not sure where I can then apply this "Not Ready" code to a Team

We are currently on UCCX v12.5.1 if that helps.

Hey rick

In the finesse administration 

under the “Team ressources ” - Then select a team, and Then select Not Ready

There You Can add / remove not ready reason codes
