Adding SocialMiner Gadget to Finesse

Could somebody please advise how to embed SocialMiner in Finesse. It's a UCCX Environment version 11.6

What gadget of SocialMiner are you trying to embed into Finesse desktop?

Is it the "multisession chat and email" gadget, or any other gadget from SocialMiner administration UI?

Hi Lara,

Refer the documentation for detailed steps on how to do this.

Essentially, you will have to make changes to the default finesse desktop layout XML to enable the "multisesson chat and email" gadget.

See Chapter 22 - Cisco Finesse => Manage Desktop Layout => Add Web Chat and Email to Finesse section in Unified CCX Admin and Operations Guide.
