After login cisco Finesse blank page not respond

Hi master, 

I have problem login on cisco finesse, 

ca_name.cer will be create and import a browser Mozilla and IE

I Attach this error on Mozzila 3.8 and IE

import a certificate at Mozzila and IE = done

can you advise about CA error
