Agent break report

Hi,

I'm running UCCX 11.5.  Is there a report that will show you all the times an agent is not ready (for break, lunch, etc).  I can't seem to find it.  For example, the report would show agent1 was not ready from 10am - 10:45am for reason code x

Hi Virtualpedia,

Please use  "Agent State Detail Report" from CUIC

Reports --> Stock Unified CCX Historical --> Inbound -->  "Agent State Detail Report"
