HI,

Can somebody help me to know step by step process to implement Agents call back request application?

As we have webservice team and they are planning to send me the data on CISCO side, now i want to know how can i deal with that data and how can i generate calls.

If i want to develop CVP VXML application then i want to know the design of that application.

If i want to develop ICM Script then i want to know design.

Please help me. Any type of help is appreciable.

Thanks,

JP

Hi Jayaprakash,

Did you already go through the feature description and documentation at Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise Features Guide, Release 11.5(1) - Agent Request [Cisco Unified Contact Center …

and the older PDF http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cust_contact/contact_center/icm_enterprise/icm_enterprise_10_0_1/Conf…

VXML script is not included in this and I dont think there is any specific documentation for that. You will need to create the corresponding VXML script - in line with the regular script.

Do get back if you have specific questions.
