Agent CSQ Statistics Report showing in CUIC but not Finesse dashboard

Hoping someone can help out.

 

As per the title. I've one opertor that cannot view the CSQ Statistics Report in for her team in Finesse.  It runs fine if I log into CUIC as her.  

 

Tried recreating her profiles, didn't help.  Many others using Finesse and seeing the stats report fine.

 

Any ideas?

Is this agent or supervisor?

Have you tried having the person log in onto another known to work computer to see if it's isolated to the desktop? It's possible local firewall is blocking things, etc.  How about different browser?

Hi Chris, thanks for the reply.

This is an Agent. It's the same when I replicated the problem from my PC, and one a few different bowsers.

Actually further invesigation show that in CUIC a different team is being shown rather than the one she is a member of.

Obvious question, is the agent assigned to correct Team in CCX? Remember Team is not the same as CSQ.
