Does anyone know if the agent name, password, and extension can be passed to the program in the launch of the app? Customer wants the agent to login without authentication. UCCX 5.01.
You can set your agents to go into a work state after every call, but they would have to manually place themselves back into ready to get another call. To set the agent in work state after each call you would need set automatic ready to disable in the resouce of the ICD on CRS.
