I have created Agent greeting on UCCE11.6 Lab deployment but when call script from Finesse the script fail in Run external script "GS,Server,V, FTP" and from VVB logs i found that VVB cannot fetch FTP URL and send 404 Not Found.
You'll have to provide more information on what is happening. Are you referring to the agent trying to record the greeting initially? What does the agent hear? This is an older post but goes into some of the steps you'll want to check and the information you'll need to provide.
