Agent is not assigned CSQs

Hello everyone, please help, I have the following situation, I have created a new agent with their respective Skill assigned, but for some reasons the respective CSQs do not appear for this agent, you can log in without inconvenience to Finesse, but they do not reach you Calls, please if someone could tell me that I need to configure, attached images, thanks.Skill.png

They would need all of the skills shown on the right side, in order to be included in the CSQ, not just the three they have now.
