Dear,

I have CUCM 10.5 and UCCX 10.5 and 7821 SIP Phone.

The Problem is that my wan link is not stable enough and i may lose connectivity after about 5 second two or three times a week and all my agent goes to not ready state and they didn't know it.

I want to know if there is keepalive timer or some timer that i can configure on UCCX to keep users in ready state after about fractions of wan failure.

appreciate if you could help me with that problem.

Unfortunately there is no timer on UCCX that can control this. As soon as the WAN link goes down causing agents phone to unregister or lose CTI connection, CAD/Finesse will immediately change their state to Not Ready and will remain like that until phone comes up properly. This behavior is Working As Designed and nothing can be done about this, try to resolve your WAN link issue as that is the only solution you have.

Indeed this is the best solution! Deepak is right, had the same issue dedicated dark fiber fixes it.
