Agent Login Logout Historical stock cuic raport 9.1.(1) is empty

Hello

When I try to open "Agent Login Logout Historical" stock raport in TR_Historical and I chose about 500 active users for this raport, it return me a empty raport. The SQL query also return me 0 records. I have data in tables: Agent_Logout, Agent_Skill_Group_Logout, Skill_Group, Agent, Person, Reason_Code. Cuic version 9.1(1) build 1 (9_1_1_10000_117). Any ideas?

Hi ,

 Before check in ICM table on both the side . If the data is available in ICM , please login in to CUIC and check the ICM  data sources status   .

 

Select the data  ICM real and historical data source  and edit do the test connection . if its fail need to verify the Port , DB user name and password .

Every table have the date, only Agent Attribute table (SELECT * from Agent Attribute) has no date on both side but i don't know if this is important. I checked the connetions too and everything is OK. I copied the SQL query to the sql manager and I executed. The query return nothing. This select is very interesting:
