Agent not showing in UCCX 10.5 Desktop Administrator

Hi

 

I have a couple of users up are showing in the resources section of UCCX, but not in the Cisco Desktop Administrator.

 

These users have been removed from CUCM and their numbers delete, then created from scratch after a LDAP sync.

 

The LDAP Monitor and Desktop Sync services on UCCX have been restarted.  CDA Manual sync is completing successfully.

 

I have removed the users, restarted the CTIManager service, UCCX cluster and then tried to re-add them to CUCM

 

This has all been done with the end result not changing.  The users still show as resources, but will not be populated into CDA, so they are unable to log into CAD

Hi there.

 

Has the IPCC Extension been configured under the Directory Number Associations on Call Manager?

This can be found under the User Management  -> End User.

 

 

 

thanks for the reply, yes, the IPCC number has been assigned. They have access to the CTI and have their devices in the RmCm to be passed through to UCCX
