Agent not visible to Supervisor

Hi,

A customer is using UCCX 10.6 with Finesse and we have an issue with one newly created agent, the agent can log in take calls etc, shows in the correct reports however the supervisor is unable to see them within Finesse. I've checked both the Supervisor and the Agent and both appear to be configured correctly.

Both have tried logging in/out i've removed and re-added the agent to the team but they are still not showing up in the supervisors Finesse - any ideas on what would cause this and how to resolve it?

Please try restarting Cisco Unified CCX Notification Service in after hours and that should probably fix this issue.
