Agent PG with CUCM

Hi All - I have CUCM Cluster with one Pub and 3 SUB and Pair of Agent PG.

During the instalaltion i have configued one of the Agent PG (PIM) to communicate with PUB and second PG with SUB -1

Suppose lets say both PUB and SUB-1 was down, In this case how i can achieve redundancy since i have two more SUB which is UP and Running.

You cannot, PG can only be pointed to one CUCM CTI Server, if you lost 2 CUCM servers, the communication with the ICM will be unavailable.

Yes , this is correct , if you loose both pub and sub , connectivty to ICM will be lost
