Agent Reskilling CCX 7.01

Hi,

How can I perform agent reskilling in CCX 7.01? Is necessary to perform it have assigned Administrator role?

If we change a skill to an agent, is necessary that the agent logs out to refresh her skills?

Click on the resource name and modify the skills and/or competency level for that agent.

Is necessary to perform it have assigned Administrator role?

Yes unless you have also granted the supervisor role access to /appadmin by changing the system parameter for supervisor access.
