Agent State not reflecting real time in Cisco Finese Supervisor Desktop

Good day. Recently we've encountered an issue regarding Cisco Finesse that every time the Agent change her state on her Finesse it is not reflecting real time in Finesse Supervisor Desktop.


Ex. Agent logged to her Finesse and change her state to "Ready", in Supervisor Desktop her state is still "Not Ready" every time the Agent change her state, it is not changing in the Supervisor Desktop and it needs to be refresh the browser of the Supervisor first for it to effect.


The issue resolves by restarting the CTI manager in CUCM and Cisco Unified Cluster Daemon (Node Manager) in the UCCX. however we are looking for the root cause of why this issue are being encountered.

Please see the attached logs for reference.

Can you please mention the UCCX and CUCM version.Also which web browser is supervisor and agent using for Finesse ??

Hi DJ@Sentinel,

The current version of the CUCM is 10.5.1.100000-7 and the UCCX is 10.5.1.100000-24.

the Agent and Supervisor are both using the latest version of mozilla firefox browser.
