Hi,
I am newbie to Finesse gadgets, I want to show agent daily statistics in Finesse gadget. Wondering what API's could do this. Any help is appreciated.

You could try taking a look at this document...
And, the documentation says...
To add the Live Data report for Chat Queue Statistics to the supervisor desktop, look for the following:
<gadget>https://localhost:8444/cuic/gadget/LiveData/ LiveDataGadget.jsp?gadgetHeight=310& viewId=E42ED788100001440000007B0A4E5CA1& filterId=ChatQueueStatistics.queueName=CL</gadget>

There is a live statistics report available for supervisors, not agents.

Thank you for quick reply.
Are this live statistics are available for UCCE? or only to UCCX?
Because when I login to Supervisor desktop, I don't see any of the Tabs
Is there any setting that makes those tabs to appear on dsktop?
