Agent summary report and Agent state detail report not correct data

Dear team. Could you please help us?

He have a cluster UCCX 11.6.2. with two nodes A and B.

When customer try to create “Agent summary report” for user Vasiliy Pupkin, he get 23 calls per day (May 28).

After that, when customer try to create report “Agent state detail report” for same user, he get 124 calls (May 28).

May be somebody had the same problem.

We will be grateful if you could help to solve this problem.

It looks to be a problem in UCCX.

Can you contact Cisco TAC for that issue?
