Agent using Finesse unable to see other agents.

I have a couple of new agents, who I had initially set up as supervisors (so they could listen into calls first).  I have now removed the supervisor role from them, but now they are unable to see other agents.

A normal agent sees this:

These two new agents see this:

I have double checked and these new agent are assigned to a team in the UCCX Administration.  I'm not sure where else to check on this.  We are using UCCX 12.5.1

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi

The affected user is still loading the Supervisor layout in Finesse , "Manage team" tab is a part of Supervisor layout . Thus if the Supervisor is not managing a team no data will be visible .You can click on profile dropdown top right and check if it says Supervisor or Agent.

If you want to convert them completely to agent ,you can try :

+Remove supervisor role from CCX Administration ->Tools ->User Management -> User View
+Verify the user is removed from Supervisor group from CUIC via CUIC -> Configure -> Groups ->Supervisors

+Relogin to finesse desktop page
