Agent wrap up data sorting

Dear Community

Does someone knows if wrap up data can be sort differently or what criteria  UCCX uses to sort wrap up date when showing to agents?

There is no way to sort how the wrapup data will be shown to the agent, it will be shown in alphabetical order by default and this cannot be changed.
