We are working on standalone setup of CUCM & UCCX of below version

UCCX 10.6.1.11001-31
CUCM 11.5.1.14900-11

Where we are adding users n CUCM using below steps

1. First We create device profile

2. Then added in to subscribe/unsubscribe services

     Extension mobility

     UCCX auto login

3. After that create end user for that profile

4. After that in application user added that profile in to jtapi and RMCM

post this we check in UCCX REsources we are unable to find...

we faced this issue twice...every time we restart both CUCM & UCCX resolves our issue...but not the immediate after some time interval  ...by restarting system every time of adding user is not worth it..

In the end user in CUCM did you associate the device with the agent user and select the IPCC Extension?  This is what triggers the AXL update to UCCX that adds the user as an agent.

Hi Vijay,

Not found any issues in the steps you followed to configure a new user in UCCX. can't think of anything until we see some logs from the system.
If it is me, I might perform a forceful data synchronization before the reboot of the servers.
subsystems >> Cisco Unified CM Telephony >> Data Synchronization
Could you please let us know whats the status in UCCX Engine --> PArtial/in-service.

Can you share MIVR logs with the user details if you have it already or provide when the issue occurs next time?

Re-iterating the steps ;

1. Configure UDP
2. Configure DN for above UDP
3. Configure CCM user
4. Associate UDP with CCM user
5. update the user with IPCC extension
6. Associate the UDP with rmcm/jtapi application user.

and note that Unified CCX does not support the use of special characters so please ensure that the user id does not contain any special character.

Regards,
Shalid
