Agents not able to login to Cisco Enterprise Chat And Email

Hi,

 

We have a new installation for Cisco ECE. We have integrated already with UCCE.

While we are trying to login with agents we are getting error as "You have not given access to any console. Please contact administrator".

Agents already has required skillgroup and email\chat license and role in ECE.

 

Any suggestion what to check since i am very new with ECE.

Hi 

Make sure that you are logging into finesse gadget :) 

I have faced the same issue because i was trying to login the agent as we used to to do in CIM but for ECE agent must have to login to finesse gadget.
