Agents not showing up as logged into skillgroup UCCE 8.5

UCCE, I have agents logged into a skill group but they are not showing up as logged in.  This is only happening to one skill group all other's are working.  We have deleted and re-created this skill group still not working.

You are ahead of the curve with UCCE 8.5. I haven't used that one yet.

When you say they are not showing up, where are they not showing? CUIC? Supervisor Desktop? Script Editor Diplay RealTime Data? RTTEST Expression Editor?

And is this skill group on the same peripheral as those that are working? The Peripheral Number is not zero, is it? I seem to recall a BugID that involved skill groups with Peripheral Number 0 and funniness with the stats, but I think that was in 7.x. Not sure if it's been addressed.

I had the same thing happen on and 8.5 system last week.  Opened a TAC case and the only way we could fix it was an exit_opc.  They weren't able to determine root cause from the trace levels on at the time so we are still monitoring as it appears to be a new defect in 8.5.
