Agents screen 'flickers' when supervisor starts live screen monitoring

We've just upgraded to Cisco Workforce Optimization 10.5, and I've noticed that when a supervisor starts monitoring the agents screen in real time - the screen flickers few a moment.

It's not going to be long before agents realize this is a dead giveaway that they are being monitored. Has anyone experienced this and if so, found a fix?

We're currently using window 7 32 bit, desktop recording, QM Version 10.5.1.3000.

I have seen something similar when using NICE perform Screen recording and the problem had to do with specific graphic card models on the agents PC.
