Agents sometimes cannot open the web browsers to access the finesse desktop. The agent's logout reason was agent initiated and connection failure.

 

Their agents often connect failing the server. The reason code is a connection failure. Which logs do I need to check from the server or clients?

 

In addition, how to calculate the bandwidth and network required of UCCX. I guess that is the network issue.
I don't understand the Unified CCX Bandwidth Calculator 11.6(1). For example. 10 agents and 3 supervisors. How much network is required what I need at a remote site?

You didn't mention what browser that they are using, as there was a recent posting re: a problem with newer version of Chrome for instance.
