Agents unable to login to Finesse (Router Failure) UCCE

Hello,

Anyone seen issue with Duplex routers and while everything is online and connected. Rttest shows all normal stats except for the PG Last Heard from is not seconds but has a value of 20 min or more. When system is in this state agents are unable to login to finesse but calls route through system normal. Drilling down to the PG we see this error "pim1 Trace: Timed out waiting for AgentAttributeLoginResp from router, canceling login" We can restart RouterB and this clears the issue"

What happens if you do opctest from the PGs? Here's a technote on what to look at.

Hi Bill, I checked it in the past and don't recall seeing anything abnormal there either. However next time it occurs I will check again
